Customer will receive the tracking number from Sigelei online store. In case of high peak seasons like Christmas, there will be a delay for the processing due to the over-crowded packages DHL/Singapore Post received.

If the tracking information of your package doesn't update more than 60 days, please kindly contact us and we will ship a new package to you or refund.
